Terms of Service

This Agreement regulates the relationship between the SiteDistr service administration (hereinafter – the "Contractor") and the Coral Club distributor (hereinafter – the "User") regarding the use of ready-made business solutions deployed on the distr.info platform (hereinafter – the "Site").

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Contractor provides the User with access to a ready-made website created on the technological basis of the distr.info platform.

1.2. The Contractor undertakes to provide technical maintenance, content updates (depending on the plan), and ensure the Site's functionality during the paid period.

1.3. All exclusive rights to the software code belong to the platform developers.

2. Obligations of the User

2.1. The User agrees to use the Site strictly in accordance with the Coral Club Code of Ethics.

3. Obligations of the Contractor (SiteDistr)

3.1. Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Site and timely renewal of SSL certificates.

4. Rights of the Parties

4.1. The Contractor has the right to suspend the Site if the User violates Coral Club ethical standards.

5. Liability and Refunds

5.1. The service is considered fully rendered from the moment the User is provided with access to the Site. Refunds for the unused period are not provided.
